A man suspected in the strangling death of a 5-year-old girl in July-August of 2000 was added to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list on June 2, 2007. Alexis Flores is linked to the Philadelphia crime scene by DNA evidence. His addition to the list raises the reward for information leading to his arrest up to $100,000.
