A man suspected in the strangling death of a 5-year-old girl in Philadelphia seven years ago was added to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list on June 2, 2007. Alexis Flores is linked to the crime scene by DNA evidence. His addition to the list raises the reward for information leading to his arrest up to $100,000.
